2. What WrestleMatics currently is

Beta limits and changes.

WrestleMatics is not currently a full marketplace, a custom ticketing platform, a public self-publishing system, an open social network, a historical match database, a regulated payment service, a talent agency, or a booking agent.

Stripe Connect seller payouts are available during the open beta, but they require onboarding, clearance rules, eligibility checks and ops review before money can be withdrawn.

We may add, remove, pause or change features during the beta.

3. Legal acceptance and workspace access

Public areas, workspace access and account responsibility.

Some parts of WrestleMatics are public. Other parts require an account and workspace access. During the open beta, anyone can create an account through public self-serve sign-up.

Staff access to an existing workspace may be granted through an ops-approved staff invite request followed by a Clerk organisation invitation.

Workspace users may be asked to tick a box confirming acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy. We may require users to accept updated versions of these terms before continuing to use the Workspace.

You are responsible for ensuring that any person who accesses WrestleMatics through your account, organisation, email address or workspace invitation complies with these terms.

You must keep your login details secure and notify us promptly if you believe your account or workspace access has been misused.

We may refuse, suspend, limit or withdraw account access, workspace access, claims, submissions, publication rights or beta features where we reasonably believe there is a legal, safety, accuracy, identity, authority, payment, misuse, rights or reputational concern.

4. Acceptable use

Use WrestleMatics lawfully, fairly and accurately.

You must use WrestleMatics lawfully, fairly and accurately. You must not:

  • submit false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, unlawful or rights-infringing material;
  • claim to represent Talent, a Promoter, an Event, a Product, a venue, a rights holder or any other person unless you have authority or a reasonable basis to do so;
  • upload, submit or send images, posters, logos, artwork, video, designs, trademarks or other files unless you have permission to provide them to us;
  • use WrestleMatics to impersonate another person or organisation;
  • imply endorsement, affiliation, approval, sponsorship or partnership with WrestleMatics unless confirmed by us in writing;
  • interfere with the security, operation, performance or integrity of the Site or Workspace;
  • scrape, harvest, bulk copy, reverse engineer, overload or misuse WrestleMatics;
  • use bots, automated scripts or unauthorised data extraction tools;
  • attempt to bypass review, approval, verification, claim, rights or payment controls;
  • submit malicious code, spam, phishing material or harmful content;
  • use WrestleMatics for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading commercial activity.
4. Acceptable use

Misuse investigations.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take action including refusing submissions, removing content, suspending access, deleting accounts, contacting affected parties, preserving evidence, or reporting matters to relevant authorities.

5. Submissions, authority and accuracy

Confirm accuracy and authority when you submit material.

When you provide a Submission to WrestleMatics, you confirm that:

  • it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
  • you have not deliberately omitted anything material;
  • you have authority, permission or a reasonable basis to submit it;
  • it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual or other rights;
  • it does not falsely imply endorsement, partnership, affiliation or approval;
  • it is lawful for us to receive, review, store, process, edit and publish it for the purposes of operating WrestleMatics.
5. Submissions, authority and accuracy

Review, evidence and publication decisions.

We may ask you for evidence of identity, authority, source, rights ownership, consent or permission.

We may reject, delay, edit, remove, archive or request changes to a Submission where we consider that identity, authority, accuracy, source, safety, commercial suitability, legal basis or rights status is unclear.

We are not obliged to publish any Submission.

6. Licence to use submitted material

Platform licence for listings and review workflows.

You retain ownership of any rights you hold in your Submissions.

For ordinary listing information, corrections, claims, event details, appearance details, links, source notes and similar platform Submissions, you grant WrestleMatics a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, copy, review, process, edit, format, display, publish, distribute and otherwise use that Submission to operate WrestleMatics, maintain public listings, run review workflows and comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, audit, dispute and safety requirements.

This platform licence lasts for as long as reasonably required for those purposes. We may retain internal records where necessary for legal, audit, rights, dispute, financial, abuse prevention or compliance reasons.

You must not submit material if you do not have the necessary rights or permission for us to use it in this way.

6. Licence to use submitted material

Commercial and merch licence for products and assets.

For commercial assets, including images, logos, artwork, posters, designs, names, slogans, likenesses and Product materials submitted for profile, store, Starter Pack or merch use, you confirm that you own or control the necessary rights, or have permission from the relevant rights holder, Talent, Promoter, photographer, designer or authorised representative.

For merch and print-on-demand Products, you grant WrestleMatics a non-exclusive permission to reproduce, resize, crop, position, adapt for product templates, manufacture, sell, advertise, display, promote, fulfil, support and otherwise use the submitted material to operate the relevant Product, including product mockups, store presentation, customer support, fulfilment, refunds, accounting, payout administration and rights review.

This permission allows WrestleMatics to use third-party ecommerce, payment, print-on-demand, fulfilment, hosting, storage, design, support and operational providers where reasonably required to operate the Product.

Promoter confirmation alone is not enough for merch using a person's face, name, gimmick, ring name, signature phrase, character, gear, image or likeness. For those cases, WrestleMatics may require direct Talent approval, rights-holder approval or clear representative approval.

You must promptly tell WrestleMatics if you lose permission to use submitted material, receive a rights complaint, become aware of a rights issue, or believe a Product should be paused or removed.

7. Images, artwork, logos and merchandise designs

Creative assets need appropriate permission.

Images, logos, posters, artwork, marks, gear designs, product designs and similar creative assets carry legal and commercial risk.

You must only submit those materials where you have appropriate permission from the relevant rights holder, creator, Talent, Promoter, photographer, designer, venue or other relevant person.

We may require rights confirmation before publishing or using those materials.

We may remove or disable material at any time if we receive a complaint, takedown request, rights concern or other credible objection.

Where a Product is submitted for merch or print-on-demand review, you are responsible for ensuring that the Product design, text, image, logo, name, character, likeness, slogan and related assets are lawful and properly authorised.

Where artwork resolution or quality is borderline for print production, WrestleMatics may ask for your explicit consent before vectorizing or otherwise preparing the submitted artwork for print templates, mockups or fulfilment. If you do not consent, the submission may be rejected or paused.

7. Images, artwork, logos and merchandise designs

Public booking enquiries.

Eligible Plus Talent profiles may show a public booking enquiry option that routes Promoters or other workspace users into a WrestleMatics booking request workflow.

Booking profile information may include availability status, base location, travel area, booking bio and related workspace fields you choose to provide.

Booking enquiries are reviewed manually during the open beta. A booking button or profile field does not guarantee availability, response times, fees, travel acceptance or that any booking will be agreed.

8. Public listings and verification

Listings provide context, not guarantees.

WrestleMatics aims to make independent wrestling information easier to find, check and use.

However, public listings may be incomplete, out of date, pending review, derived from approved public records, based on submitted information, or updated manually as new information becomes available.

Public listings may include verification, source, claim, rights or status labels. These labels are intended to provide helpful context, but they are not guarantees.

Unless a listing clearly says otherwise:

  • an unmanaged listing is not an official profile;
  • a claim request does not mean the claim has been approved;
  • a listed Event does not guarantee that the Event will take place;
  • a listed Appearance does not guarantee that Talent will appear;
  • a ticket link does not guarantee availability, pricing, entry, seating or access;
  • a verification label does not make WrestleMatics the organiser, seller, ticketing provider, Promoter, agent or representative.
8. Public listings and verification

Corrections and rights review.

Talent, Promoters, rights holders and authorised representatives can request corrections, updates, removals or rights review by contacting support@wrestlematics.com.

9. Event information and ticket links

Event details can change; check official sources.

Event dates, venues, cards, timings, Talent appearances, ticket availability and entry requirements can change.

WrestleMatics does not run Events unless expressly stated. We do not control third-party ticket providers, venue rules, travel disruption, refunds, card changes, cancellation decisions or Promoter announcements.

Before travelling, buying tickets or relying on Event information, users should check the relevant ticket provider, Promoter channel, venue or official Event source.

Where WrestleMatics provides a ticket link, it is generally a link to a third-party provider or Promoter-controlled channel. The third party's own terms, fees, refund rules, policies and privacy notice may apply.

10. Merch beta and ecommerce

WrestleMatics is the seller of record for fan merch.

During the beta, WrestleMatics may offer limited merch features, including a curated public storefront, guest cart, UK checkout, print-on-demand fulfilment, Starter Pack merch and reviewed seller Product submissions.

For fan merch sold through the WrestleMatics store, WRESTLEMATICS LTD is the seller of record and store operator. Customers buy from WrestleMatics. Shopify provides ecommerce checkout, payment and platform infrastructure. Approved fulfilment partners produce and ship orders. Talent and Promoters are rights or licence providers and may receive approved Seller Earnings later where applicable. WrestleMatics does not operate the public store as a marketplace where each wrestler is the direct seller to the customer.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, WrestleMatics sets and manages Fan Prices, delivery charges, discounts, promotions, product availability, product presentation, checkout settings and customer support for Products sold through the WrestleMatics store.

Merch features are in beta and may be limited, paused, changed or withdrawn.

Product listings may be reviewed before publication. We may reject or remove Products where we consider that the Product is unsuitable, unlawful, misleading, low quality, commercially impractical, rights-infringing, reputationally risky or inconsistent with WrestleMatics standards.

WrestleMatics is responsible for applicable store taxes, duties and charges arising from sales on the WrestleMatics store to the extent required by law and our operating arrangements.

Nothing in these terms affects any consumer rights that apply by law.

10. Merch beta and ecommerce

Refunds, returns and UK online purchases.

Where UK consumer law applies to an online purchase from the WrestleMatics store, customers generally have rights to cancel within the normal online cancellation period and to receive information about those rights before purchase.

Print-on-demand fulfilment partners may not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size or colour. If WrestleMatics allows customer returns beyond what a fulfilment partner covers, WrestleMatics remains responsible for handling those returns and related costs.

Our practical approach during beta is:

  • Standard curated WrestleMatics, Talent or Promoter shirts bought from the public store are treated as cancellable within the normal UK online cancellation period where consumer law applies, unless an exception below applies.
  • Truly personalised items, such as custom name or text requested by the customer, may not be cancellable for change of mind once production has started, unless faulty or not as described.
  • Wrong size ordered by the customer may still be returnable for standard online merch where consumer law applies, even if the fulfilment partner does not reimburse WrestleMatics for that return.
  • Misprints, defects, damaged items or items not as described should be replaced or refunded. WrestleMatics may then resolve the issue with the fulfilment partner behind the scenes.
  • Late or lost parcels are handled through WrestleMatics customer support, with carrier or fulfilment claims handled operationally behind the scenes.
  • Where cancellation rights apply, standard delivery charges should be refunded with the cancelled order in line with applicable consumer law.
10. Merch beta and ecommerce

Checkout, support and future commerce terms.

Checkout, order confirmation and delivery information are provided through the WrestleMatics store and its ecommerce partners. Customer support for fan orders should be directed through the support route shown at checkout or on WrestleMatics contact pages unless stated otherwise.

We may publish separate refund, delivery, cancellation, seller, payout, royalty, subscription, bulk order or Product terms as merch and commerce features expand. Those additional terms may apply alongside these terms.

10. Merch beta and ecommerce

Starter Pack merch

  • Starter Pack is a WrestleMatics-managed merch feature that lets Talent and Promoter workspaces submit existing logo or design artwork for a simple reviewed print-on-demand range. Starter Pack Products do not go live automatically.
  • You keep ownership of artwork you submit. When you submit a Starter Pack request and confirm the rights statements, you give WrestleMatics a non-exclusive permission to use approved artwork to create, display, promote, sell, fulfil, support and administer approved Starter Pack Products for the relevant Talent or Promoter profile.
  • Starter Pack currently supports simple front-only logo shirts, logo stickers and white glossy 11 oz mugs, subject to availability, supplier requirements, product quality, operational suitability and beta changes.
  • Starter Pack uses Guaranteed Seller Earnings. Before submission, the Workspace will show the Seller Earning for each selected Starter Pack Product. WrestleMatics manages Fan Prices, discounts, promotions, product setup, product presentation, fulfilment and customer support.
  • WrestleMatics may set, vary, test, increase, reduce or discount Fan Prices for Starter Pack Products. Ordinary WrestleMatics-managed discounts and promotions will not reduce the listed Guaranteed Seller Earning for an eligible completed sale unless you separately agree to take part in a different campaign, offer or arrangement.
  • A Guaranteed Seller Earning is not payable for cancelled, refunded, chargeback, fraudulent, test, complimentary, replacement, disputed, rights-infringing or otherwise ineligible orders, and may be withheld, reversed or adjusted where these terms allow.
  • WrestleMatics reviews artwork, rights information, product suitability and product setup before approval. We may reject, delay, request changes to, pause, remove or refuse to publish Starter Pack Products where we consider that quality, rights, safety, legal, supplier, fulfilment, commercial, customer experience, reputational or policy issues arise.
  • You must tell WrestleMatics promptly if you lose permission to use the submitted artwork, receive a rights complaint, become aware of a rights issue, or want future sales paused or removed.
  • You may ask WrestleMatics to pause or remove future Starter Pack sales. Existing customer orders may still need to be processed, fulfilled, refunded, recorded, investigated or accounted for.
  • WrestleMatics may update Starter Pack products, pricing models, seller earnings and eligibility rules for future submissions. If we need to materially reduce the listed Seller Earning for an already approved live Starter Pack Product, we will either seek separate agreement before applying the reduced earning to future sales or pause/remove the affected Product where reasonably necessary.
  • Records relating to Starter Pack requests, artwork, rights confirmations, accepted terms versions, selected Products, approvals, sales, refunds, payouts and disputes may be retained for legal, accounting, payout, tax, audit, rights, dispute, fraud prevention and compliance purposes.
  • Custom merch product setup with more options is a paid or managed feature and is separate from Starter Pack unless we say otherwise.
11. Seller submissions, royalties and balances

Seller Earnings, royalties and dashboard views are not wallets.

Seller Product submissions, Starter Pack Guaranteed Seller Earnings, royalty calculations, estimated earnings, payout previews, subscription credits and similar financial features may be limited, estimated or subject to separate terms during beta.

When payments are active, workspace Finance views read ledger records. Amounts may remain pending until clearance rules are met and payout onboarding is complete.

Unless we have expressly confirmed otherwise in writing:

  • dashboard balances, earnings views and payout previews are forecasts, not wallets or final accounting records;
  • Starter Pack Guaranteed Seller Earnings are fixed per eligible completed sale but are not wallets, deposits, stored value or a guarantee that a submitted Product will be approved, published or remain available;
  • pending or unavailable balances are not owed sums or cash ready for withdrawal;
  • estimated royalties are subject to review, refund, chargeback, fulfilment, rights and fraud adjustment;
  • no seller payout is due unless all payout conditions below are met;
  • we may withhold, reverse or adjust amounts to account for refunds, chargebacks, taxes, platform fees, fulfilment issues, disputes, fraud checks, rights complaints or accounting corrections.
11. Seller submissions, royalties and balances

When a payout may become due.

No payout becomes due unless:

  • the customer order has been paid;
  • the sale is not a test order, complimentary order, cancelled order, fraudulent order or internal platform transaction;
  • the order has been fulfilled or otherwise completed in line with our records;
  • fulfilment costs and platform fees have been confirmed;
  • any applicable refund, return and chargeback windows have passed;
  • no unresolved rights complaint affects the relevant Product or sale;
  • the seller has completed required payout onboarding and provided any required tax or bank details;
  • any applicable minimum payout threshold has been met;
  • WrestleMatics has approved the payout for processing.
11. Seller submissions, royalties and balances

Payout onboarding requirements.

When payments are active, workspace Finance views show ledger-backed royalties or Seller Earnings subject to pending, cleared and available states. They are not wallets, deposit accounts or guarantees that any amount is immediately withdrawable.

For Starter Pack, the listed Guaranteed Seller Earning is the amount we intend to credit for each eligible completed sale of an approved Starter Pack Product, subject to these terms and payout conditions. It is not a stored balance, deposit account, trust account, regulated payment account or guarantee that any Product will be approved or remain live.

We may require identity checks, Stripe Connect onboarding, tax details, bank details, rights confirmation or additional contractual terms before enabling seller payouts.

12. Subscriptions and paid services

Plus subscriptions, bulk orders and paid services

Plus subscriptions for Talent and Promoter workspaces are available for purchase during the open beta through Stripe Checkout on monthly or annual billing terms shown before purchase.

Pro and other higher tiers may be shown as coming soon and are not sold during the open beta unless we say otherwise.

Workspace bulk merch ordering is a separate one-off Stripe Checkout flow for eligible Plus plans. It is not a fan Shopify order and is not a subscription.

Cancellation, renewal and billing-method changes for subscriptions are managed through the Stripe billing portal or other flows shown in the workspace. Features available on each plan are gated by the entitlements shown in the product.

We may change the features included in free or paid tiers, but we will not materially reduce an active paid subscription without giving reasonable notice or providing a fair remedy where required by law.

Referral credit, subscription credit or promotional credit has no cash value unless expressly stated. It may be subject to expiry, eligibility rules, fraud checks and withdrawal or adjustment where misuse is suspected.

Entity referral links let workspace members share a link tied to their public profile. If someone signs up through that link and WrestleMatics approves their claim or new profile, the referrer may receive Account Credit toward Plus subscription charges as shown in the workspace. Self-referrals, duplicate claims and other misuse may be blocked or reversed.

Ambassador lane invite links may be issued to approved ambassador organisations. Lane attribution uses first-touch cookies and profile records so an approved sign-up can be linked to the correct lane for ambassador programme records and payouts where eligible. Lane rules, caps and eligibility are set by WrestleMatics and may change during the open beta.

Approved ambassador organisations may earn outcome-based bounties during the open beta for qualifying results such as approved Talent or Promoter claims, a promoter's first approved Event Hub, or paid Plus conversions, subject to monthly caps, Stripe Connect onboarding, fraud checks, ops review and reversal where misuse is found. Current bounty rates, caps and eligibility rules may change during beta and are not cash balances until cleared through approved payout workflows.

12. Subscriptions and paid services

Talent schedule and calendar feeds.

Eligible Plus Talent workspaces may generate a private calendar feed URL or webcal subscribe link for approved appearance schedule data.

Anyone with the feed URL can fetch schedule information from WrestleMatics without signing in. That information may include event names, dates, times, venues, promoter names, appearance roles and links to public Event pages where available.

You are responsible for keeping feed URLs private. Sharing a subscribe link is equivalent to sharing access credentials. Calendar apps may cache, sync or store feed data on devices or with third-party providers outside WrestleMatics control.

WrestleMatics may regenerate or revoke feed access where needed for security, account changes or beta updates. We are not responsible for schedule data copied, cached or disclosed through calendar apps or third-party sync services after you share or subscribe to a feed.

12. Subscriptions and paid services

Premier interest registration.

Premier tiers may be shown as invite-only or coming soon during the open beta. Registering Premier interest through the workspace is not a purchase, quote or guarantee of availability.

If you submit a Premier interest request, WrestleMatics may use your workspace identity, contact details and optional message to follow up about bespoke Premier arrangements.

13. Third-party services

External providers have their own terms.

WrestleMatics may use or link to third-party services, including ticket providers, social media platforms, ecommerce providers, Stripe for payments and subscriptions, print-on-demand fulfilment providers, hosting providers, maps providers, authentication providers, analytics or monitoring tools, email providers and cloud storage providers.

Third-party services are operated by their own providers. Their own terms, privacy notices, fees, refund rules, support processes, availability limits and technical requirements may apply.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

14. Corrections, disputes and takedowns

Raise listing, rights and accuracy concerns with us.

We take reasonable correction, rights and safety concerns seriously.

You can contact support@wrestlematics.com if you believe that:

  • a listing is inaccurate;
  • a listing falsely implies endorsement, affiliation or control;
  • a listing uses your name, brand, image, artwork, logo, poster or other rights-protected material without permission;
  • a Product infringes your rights;
  • a Talent, Promoter, Event or Appearance record should be corrected, reviewed, limited or removed.
14. Corrections, disputes and takedowns

How we handle correction requests.

We may ask for evidence of identity, authority or rights ownership before making changes.

For technical bugs, checkout problems or workspace issues, you can use the Report a problem widget on any page. For listing accuracy, rights, access or removal requests, email support with the page URL and enough detail for us to investigate.

If there is a credible intellectual property, likeness, defamation or safeguarding risk, we may temporarily hide, limit or mark content as disputed while review continues. We aim not to argue publicly about active disputes.

We will make reasonable efforts to handle genuine concerns fairly, but we are not obliged to accept every requested change where we consider that the existing information is lawful, accurate, sourced, proportionate or otherwise appropriate to retain.

14. Corrections, disputes and takedowns

Notice-and-review process.

Our practical notice-and-review process is:

  • Receive the complaint at support@wrestlematics.com.
  • Categorise it as a correction, rights complaint, identity or claim dispute, removal request or safety issue.
  • Acknowledge credible complaints within 3 working days where practicable.
  • If there is a credible intellectual property, likeness, defamation or safeguarding risk, temporarily hide or restrict the content while review continues.
  • Ask for useful evidence such as identity, authority, rights ownership, the disputed page URL and an explanation of the issue.
  • Decide whether to correct, remove, mark disputed, reject or request more evidence.
  • Keep an internal audit trail of the requester, date, issue, evidence, action and reviewer where appropriate.
  • Retain records where needed for legal, accounting, rights or dispute reasons.
14. Corrections, disputes and takedowns

Support reports.

The Report a problem widget lets you send WrestleMatics a category, description and page context for investigation. When you are signed in, basic workspace context may also be included.

Do not include passwords, payment card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in a support report. You can also email support@wrestlematics.com if you prefer.

15. Minors

Submissions involving under-18s need adult authority.

WrestleMatics is not designed for children to submit personal information, claims, workspace requests, merch submissions or commercial requests without appropriate adult authority.

Where Talent or other individuals under 18 are involved, submissions should be made or approved by a parent, guardian, authorised representative, responsible Promoter or other appropriate adult.

We may refuse, limit or remove content relating to minors where we consider it appropriate for safety, privacy, safeguarding, legal or reputational reasons.

16. Beta availability and changes

The platform and these terms may change during beta.

WrestleMatics is being developed and tested.

We do not guarantee that the Site, Workspace, listings, maps, checkout routes, forms, emails, integrations, dashboards, data, Product pages or beta features will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or unchanged.

We may update, restructure, suspend, remove, archive or discontinue any part of WrestleMatics during beta.

We may also update these terms. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date. Where appropriate, workspace users may be asked to accept updated terms before continuing.

17. Intellectual property in WrestleMatics

Our platform materials remain ours or our licensors'.

WrestleMatics owns or licenses the rights in the Site, Workspace, branding, layout, design, software, code, database structure, page structure, platform text, verification labels and other materials created by or for WrestleMatics.

You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, frame, resell, commercially exploit or create derivative services from WrestleMatics materials without our written permission, except as permitted by law.

You may share links to public WrestleMatics pages in a fair and reasonable way, provided you do not misrepresent your relationship with WrestleMatics or imply endorsement where none exists.

18. Privacy and cookies

Data handling is covered separately.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with our Cookie Policy. Some features may require cookies, local storage, authentication, fraud prevention, security tools or similar technologies to function. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will seek consent in accordance with applicable law.

19. Liability

Limits apply where permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

WrestleMatics provides public listings, beta features and third-party links for general information and platform purposes only. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, current event availability, ticket availability, card accuracy or Talent appearances.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

  • Event cancellations, delays, card changes, venue changes or ticketing issues;
  • ticket provider errors, availability changes or pricing differences;
  • Promoter channel changes, announcements or third-party venue rules;
  • third-party websites, payment providers, ecommerce providers or fulfilment provider outages;
  • losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by users, Talent, Promoters, rights holders or third parties;
  • loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity or indirect or consequential loss for business users;
  • unauthorised use of images, artwork, logos or other assets submitted by someone falsely claiming authority;
  • downtime, technical faults, beta changes or unavailable features.
19. Liability

Commercial user liability cap.

If you use WrestleMatics as a business, Promoter, Talent representative, seller, rights holder or other commercial user, our total liability to you in connection with the services shall be limited to the greater of the total amount you paid to WrestleMatics for the relevant paid service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £100. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

20. Business user indemnity

Commercial users indemnify WrestleMatics for related claims.

If you use WrestleMatics as a business, Promoter, Talent representative, seller, rights holder or other commercial user, you agree to indemnify WrestleMatics against reasonable losses, costs, claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your breach of these terms; your unlawful or unauthorised Submission; your infringement of third-party rights; your false claim of identity, authority, ownership, permission or representation; a Product, listing, image, logo, artwork, poster, design or other material you submit; or your misuse of the Site, Workspace or beta services.

This clause does not apply to consumers where it would be unfair or unlawful.

21. Termination and suspension

We may suspend access where concerns arise.

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to WrestleMatics where we reasonably believe that:

  • you have breached these terms;
  • your account or workspace has been misused;
  • your claim, authority or identity is unclear;
  • your activity creates legal, financial, security, safety, reputational, data protection or rights risk;
  • you have submitted false, misleading or rights-infringing material;
  • continued access would be inappropriate during a dispute, complaint or investigation.
