Returns and refunds

This page explains how UK consumers can cancel fan merch orders and subscriptions, request refunds, and use the model cancellation form. It supplements our Terms of Use.

Fan merch

UK consumers: 14 days to cancel from delivery for standard printed items. Email merch@wrestlematics.com with your order number.

First subscription payment

14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription charge. Request a refund in Finance or by email.

After 14 days

Cancel anytime; access continues until period end. No refund for unused time after the guarantee window.

Annual renewals

14 days after auto-renewal to cancel with a proportionate refund for unused whole months.

2. Fan printed merch

Cancelling and returning fan orders

  • WRESTLEMATICS LTD is the seller of record for fan merch sold through the WrestleMatics store.
  • Where UK consumer law applies, you generally have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel for any reason and receive a refund.
  • Items are printed to order. If you cancel within 14 days before production has started, we will refund your order in full, including standard delivery charges.
  • If production has already started, we may still accept a cancellation where consumer law requires it. Truly personalised items (for example custom name or text requested by you) may not be cancellable for change of mind once production has started, unless faulty or not as described.
  • Wrong size ordered by you may still be returnable where consumer law applies, even if Printful does not reimburse us.
  • Misprints, defects, damaged items or items not as described should be replaced or refunded. Contact us with your order number and photos where helpful.
  • Late or lost parcels should be reported to merch@wrestlematics.com with your order number.
  • To cancel fan merch, email merch@wrestlematics.com with your order number and a clear cancellation request. You may use the model cancellation form in section 4 below.
3. Subscriptions

Cancelling and refunding subscriptions

  • Subscriptions for Talent and Promoter workspaces are sold by WRESTLEMATICS LTD through Stripe Checkout on monthly or annual billing.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the price and interval shown before purchase until you cancel.
  • Access starts immediately when you subscribe. At checkout you confirm that immediate access affects your statutory cancellation rights as explained on this page.
  • 14-day money-back guarantee on first payment: if you are a UK consumer, you may request a full refund of your first paid subscription charge within 14 days of that charge. We will cancel the subscription immediately when a valid guarantee refund is processed.
  • After the 14-day guarantee window, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund unused time after the guarantee window.
  • Free trials: eligible first-time subscribers referred through an entity link or ambassador lane may receive a trial on their first subscription checkout, as shown before checkout. Otherwise, if your plan includes a trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless we say otherwise. Your 14-day money-back guarantee starts from the first paid charge, not from trial signup.
  • Annual renewal cooling-off: if your annual subscription auto-renews, UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of renewal and receive a proportionate refund for unused whole months after the renewal charge.
  • To cancel or request a subscription refund, use Finance in your workspace (Subscriptions tab) or email support@wrestlematics.com from the billing contact on the account.
4. Model cancellation form

Use this form to cancel by email

If you are a UK consumer, you may use this form to cancel a distance contract. Complete the fields below and we will open your email app with the model cancellation notice filled in. Review the message and send it when you are ready.

This opens your default email app addressed to the correct WrestleMatics inbox. You must press send in your email app to complete the request.

5. Bulk workspace orders

Trade stock for Talent and Promoter workspaces

  • Workspace bulk merch orders are trade supplies for resale or event stock, placed by signed-in Talent or Promoter workspace members for their organisation's own live products.
  • Bulk orders are printed to order. They are not covered by the 14-day consumer cancellation rights that apply to fan merch.
  • You may request cancellation before production starts by emailing support@wrestlematics.com with your order reference.
  • Bulk checkout currently accepts UK shipping addresses only.
  • After production starts, bulk orders are not cancellable for change of mind unless faulty or not as described.
  • Misprints, defects or items not as described should be reported to support@wrestlematics.com with photos and your order reference.
6. How refunds are paid

Timing and payment method

  • Card payments are refunded to the original card. Account Credit used on a subscription invoice is restored to your WrestleMatics balance, not paid out as cash.
  • We aim to process valid refunds within 14 days of receiving your cancellation or refund request.
  • Free trial time and £0.00 charges are not refunded because nothing was paid.
  • Nothing on this page removes consumer rights that apply by law when you buy as a consumer outside your trade, business or profession.
